Single Serve = 1/2 zucchini  / approx. 75g

Storage = In fridge in paper or tissue to prevent sweating

Preparation = Can be eaten raw. No need to peel , just cut off ends.

Cooking = Boil, Steam, Microwave, Fry

Use = stir fry, as side dish, salad and soups or pasta.

Zucchini ( know as courgette in the UK) looks like a cucumber but tastes quite different.

Using a vegetable spiralizer you can make pasta from zucchini and serve with a sauce instead of it being in a sauce.
