Preparation = remove outer leaves and break into individual florets, Can be eaten raw.
Cooking = Boil, Steam, Microwave, Fry
Use = stir fry, as side dish, salad, soups, pizza base or curries.
Cauliflower is gaining favour as an ingredient to make bases for pizzas or ground into mock rice. It can also be pureed and mashed just like potato.
A traditional favourite in our family is Cheesy Cauliflower & Broccoli bake which can be served on its own or as a side dish.
