Single Serve = 200g (about half the size you buy in the shops)

Storage = In a cool dark place.

Preparation = Cook before eating.  Peel or leave the skin on. Like potatoes, the skin can be eaten but ensure cleaned well. If roasting I recommend leaving the skin on.  Cook whole in the oven, slice or cut into pieces.

Cooking = Boil, Roast, Microwave, Fry or BBQ.

Use = side dish (mash), pie bases, pie toppings, filling for cannelloni, in stews or curries.
